The special vehicle allows you to organize interaction between the operational group of rescuers working at the scene of the incident, with the higher management body of the Russian Emergencies Ministry and the territorial subsystems of the RSChS, ensure the exchange of information, cover work sites and conduct operational meetings.

The complex is based on the Sadko Next all-wheel drive vehicle, which has a unique cross-country ability and excellent handling when driving on roads with different surfaces.

The SUV has a fiberglass van connected to the driver's cab into a one-volume body. Modifications are possible with a single-row or double-row driver's cab, with a separate entrance to the salon, provided in front on the starboard side of the car, or without it (entrance to the salon through the cab).

The machine is equipped with autonomous life support systems. The complete set of places for the crew and the necessary equipment is selected in accordance with the terms of reference. The salon can be made as a single space or divided into functional areas or compartments. Various additional devices are installed on request: radio communications, on-board navigation and communication equipment, video and audio equipment, light signal beacons, winch, trunk, etc.

The staff car of the Ministry of Emergency Situations is certified, has the approval of the Customs Union "On the safety of wheeled vehicles."
