The food truck is made on the basis of a new generation Gazelle NN car in an all-metal body with an extra-long wheelbase. On request, a modification based on the chassis of the all-metal GAZelle-NEXT is also available.

The mobile cafe has an insulated all-metal van, suitable for year-round use in any climatic and geographical conditions.

For issuing orders on the left side of the car, a lifting board with a showcase was mounted. Entrance to the salon is carried out both through a sliding door in the front of the van, and through hinged doors in the rear overhang.

In the salon there is a full-fledged mobile kitchen, equipped with the necessary professional equipment: freezers, refrigerators, a frying surface, a sink with an autonomous water supply, an extractor hood, etc. The equipment can be changed for any food truck format: a mobile coffee shop, a burger shop, a pizzeria, a steak house, a pancake shop, a bakery, a shawarma shop, etc.

Uninterrupted operation of the kitchen unit is provided by autonomous life support systems: 220V power supply, LED lighting, ventilation and heater. For connection to an external power supply sockets of onboard input are provided. It is possible to install a generator and an independent air conditioner.

The food truck is certified, has the approval of the Customs Union "On the safety of wheeled vehicles".
